To Our Valued Guests

Your appointments are very important to all members of our team.
Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. 
From time-to-time it’s necessary to adjust policies for the good of all clients.
We are implementing the following to accommodate all clients.

Scheduling:

Nu Age Medical Spa is always buzzing, so appointments are required. We encourage you to schedule appointments well in advance, especially prior to major holidays. Please note that upon scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to provide a credit card number to guarantee your treatment. Please refer to our cancellation policy prior to reserving your appointment time. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of this policy.

A Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit card is required to hold your appointment(s).  All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. 

Arrival:

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment, so you’ll have plenty of time to unwind and do any paperwork that may be required.  Patients who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment;  we will do our best to accommodate you; however, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. 

Confirmation Policy

Please confirm all appointments.  Appointments not confirmed 48 hours in advance will be removed from appointment schedule. 

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that we require at least 48 hr notice to confirm, cancel or reschedule an appointment.  Should you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours in advance of an appointment; a non-refundable fee of $50.00 (regular spa hours) –  $100.00 (evenings + weekends) will be assessed to your account and will be charged to the credit card on file.

Customer Pricing Notice

A 3.75% customer service charge is applied to all store sales.

Rather than raising our service costs by 5%-10%, we have enrolled in 

Dual Cost Processing to fight inflation.

What this means is: as an incentive for our customers, we now provide a discount

to pay with cash/check by giving a 

3.75% IMMEDIATE DISCOUNT ON THE SERVICE CHARGE.

All prices advertised are marked as cash prices.

All of our policies are designed to benefit our guests 

and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service 

for our established and future clientele.
